King Corn: The Movie

There have been several posts here at the Alkaline Lifestyle Blog on the danger of corn in the diet. Here is an opportunity to get a perspective from another source, on “King Corn”.

The Movie is about two college friends, Ian Cheney and Curt Ellis, who go to Iowa in 2004 and farm one (1) acre of corn from start to finish.They then follow the corn to market.

Their experiences are detailed in a humorous film that will start appearing in theaters in November 2007. Similar to the movie Super Size Me, King Corn is an eye opener about what you are made of, if, you eat a Standard American Diet (SAD).
