Begin anew and Start new patterns of Living and Eating.
Action to Take:
Instead of recalling the feelings you associated with any good times you’ve had at last years Barbecue, eating the chips and Hamburgers, Create a New Way and Set of Health and Feelings for the New Days Yet to Come.
- You can use the Soy Burgers and Hot dogs as Meat replacements on the Grill.
- Have you tasted the Whole Grain Burger and Hot dog Buns? I would even have preferred them back when I ate meat hamburgers any day over the plain white junk Buns.
- Add Wild Caught Salmon to make for a Healthy 4th of July Cookout for the meat lovers

- Instead of Potato Salad use Avocado and Fresh Tomato Salad. Add plenty of Olive oil and Herbs
- Make plenty of Guacamole and Dehydrated Spelt or Sprouted Wheat Tortillas for "Chips and Dip”.
- Celery Sticks with Almond Butter as snacks.
- Soy Ice cream for "Dessert"
- Instead of Carbonated beverages, use Herbal Teas served Ice Cold with Stevia Sweetener and use Fresh Mint Leaves.
- Bring out the Blender and Make Smoothies, Ice Cold and Filled with Fruits and Vegetables.
These suggestions are just a few of all the many great tasting Alkaline Food Recipes that you will have people raving about how good the food was!
JUST don't tell the Standard American Diet crowd at your celebration gathering you're fixing "healthy" foods.Use wisdom.
Suggestion:
Practice and perfect your recipes before the Big Day and then just do it, with out announcing how healthy the food is going to be.
